Today, was ok. honestly i don't think there's too much worth blogging about diet and health wise. Actually in that aspect today was a bad day. I missed P90 and didnt walk my dog. But I don't care. tomorrow is a new day.
(RTOTD): On the other hand, in randomness, plenty happened. Today was the day that the young adult ministry turned into Titus ministry! yay! also our verse is Titus 2:11-12!!
