I didn't write down calories today because I figured there was no use, since I have come to the same dilemma I had begun with when I started this blog. There is NO food in the house, so either I starve myself, or i eat ice cream. So I caved and ate a nice helping of ice cream. And in the morning I had eggs. Pretty much, that was the extent of my eating. Not much calorie intake, but not very good choices. Oh, I had McDonald's ]; Again, I was starving at that point of the day. Oh well.
I also didn't come out with a work out plan. It's extremely hard to do. I like videos a lot, but they get boring, and many of the workouts in my health magazines, require a gym or equipment I don't have. But i have not given up. I AM determined to lose 20lbs!! I will be honest however, I think this new found drive to lose weight is out of competition. How lame will I sound as I admit this?! Well there was a YouTube guru, whose twitter i looked at, and she said she lost 10lbs with Zumba. Then something in my brain
snapped and said "This girl is getting prettier than you" and so I immediately wanted to lose weight quickly.
(RTOTD): Why is it that anytime there is a cute pair of shoes on sale, the shoe is never available in my size?!
Also random pictures that make me feel better. The roses are from my 2 year anniversary present from my boyfriend, I am drying them out so I can save them. The second picture is of smoked salmon on top of a brochetta(sp?) with Cajun crab spread.
By the way, the title is I no longer need to count days, because of the fact that I quit P90 and I was about to title this blog "day whatever". lol. but no I feel carefree and able to do as i please, free from the bondage of counting the days pass by. hah
